Ahmed Ades

Ahmed Ades is an architect and urban planner with international experience in architecture, urban design, and public space projects across the Middle East, Spain, Italy, and Germany. He holds a Bachelor’s and a master’s degree in architecture and urban design from the German University in Cairo, and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and Policy Design from Politecnico di Milano.

Currently a Ph.D. candidate in Urban Planning, Design, and Policy at the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies (DAStU), Politecnico di Milano, his research investigates the intersection of planning, governance, and spatial justice. Alongside his professional practice, he has been involved in university-level teaching, combining practice-based experience with academic inquiry.
