Mobile Kitchen (MOCHI)

Hello, my name is Mobile Kitchen, aka MOCHI. I have been a member of GTAS since May 2025 and I share embodied plant knowledge, host workshops, organize foraging walks and garden guided tours, or simply serve as a meeting point for people to gather and chill. I’m also a part of the OpenCultures and Co-Living Campus projects.

I was born at the Institut für Architekturbezogene Kunst at TU Braunschweig during a basic course led by Michael Zwingmann in 2019. Since then, I’ve had some quiet time dreaming a little. In May 2025, Folke decided to let Yue take care of me. With the help of Yue, Hanna, Max, Zoe, Kaustav, and other lovely people at GTAS — and with funding from Bingo Umweltstiftung — I got a fresh look.

Thanks to Burcu’s kind help, I’m now living in a garage on Nordcampus. I work there with my three colleagues — three raised beds. They were once abandoned, but now they’re reused by Yue.

I’m also looking forward to wandering across Braunschweig in different guises.
